Location

Between an uncontaminated sea and mountains rich in Mediterranean vegetation that smell of mastic, myrtle and strawberry tree, Cala Sinzias Resort welcomes you immersed in the archaic landscape of Sardinia, a few kilometres from Castiadas and 200 metres from the wonderful beach of Cala Sinzias, on the south-east coast. 

Guests can quickly reach the nearby beaches of Costa Rei 8 km to the north and Villasimius 20 km to the south. 

Cagliari-Elmas Airport is 60 km away.  

Hotel

Opened in 2021, Cala Sinzias Resort is a 4-star hotel very close to the sea. Built entirely of granite blocks, with low buildings with sloping roofs, it develops like an ancient Etruscan village where the granite paths are only passable on foot. The rooms and suites are many small, separate and interlinked units that follow the contours of the land and are perfectly integrated into the landscape. 

Cala Sinzias Resort combines the harmony of the architecture of the spaces with the comfort of the interiors and outdoor areas. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped private swimming pool, sports and activity areas for adults and children, a restaurant and three bars, including one on the beach and one by the pool.

Rooms

Cala Sinzias Resort has 95 rooms divided into Superior Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite and King Suite. The interiors are very bright, with large glass doors opening onto a furnished patio overlooking the garden or park. The elegant grey tones of the modern furnishings, in an all-white environment, create a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. All rooms are easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility. 

Beach

Cala Sinzias beach is a piece of paradise, just 200 metres from the resort rooms: two kilometres of white sand and a sea with a rich, crystal-clear seabed. 

For the duration of their stay, guests have sun loungers, parasols and showers at their disposal, and can rent dinghies, canoes and organise diving excursions to discover the beautiful coastline. Or enjoy the sun on the beach and refresh yourself with a cool drink at the Chiringhito Beach Bar, open daily from 10.30 to 19.00. 

The beach is safe and recommended for children and has facilities for those with reduced mobility.

The first row on the beach is only guaranteed to guests who purchase the Luxury Card. Alternatively, availability must be checked daily at reception and the cost is paid on spot.

A space entirely dedicated to the beauty and well-being of both mind and body. Our Wellness Center features two massage cabins and an aesthetic center, all set in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to take time for yourself and be pampered by our dedicated staff, offering moments of pure relaxation.

Sports

For the duration of their stay, guests at Cala Sinzias Resort can use a five-a-side football pitch and beach volleyball court. In addition, on request and for a fee, activities are offered at the Diving & Snorkeling Center, where we can organise dinghy and canoe excursions or, for those who prefer to move independently, we have a rental service for pedalos, canoes and boats. Diving, surfing and sailing lessons and preparation courses for international patents can be organised on request.

Families

The Cala Sinzias Resort offers families with children the opportunity to enjoy experiences, excursions and various sports activities together. Children can play quietly in a dedicated area of the swimming pool with garden.

For the little ones there is a baby feeding service with a fully equipped kitchen and a variety of quality products. A baby sitting service is also available for a fee.

Restaurant

The "Ulivo" restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner, offers a rich buffet with show cooking.
The Half Board formula includes breakfast and dinner, with first and second courses prepared with show cooking. The included dinner is non-refundable and cannot be substituted for lunch. It is possible to book dinner before 12 noon for guests on Bed & Breakfast treatment.

"S'Ollastinu" Restaurant

For a light lunch or a special evening, the S'Ollastinu Restaurant is the ideal choice. This refined gourmet restaurant, with à la carte service, serves traditional and Mediterranean cuisine, accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen wines.

Lunch: from 12:30 to 14:30
Dinner: from 19:30 to 22:00

The restaurant is accessible by reservation, to be made before 12:00 noon.

Services and Activities 

Included in the price of your stay: unlimited Wi-FI, beach towels with daily change, 2 bottles of water on arrival and in-room coffee machine with pods.
Also included are unattended private parking, charging station for electric cars, porterage service, use of the freshwater swimming pool equipped with parasols and sun loungers available subject to availability.

The pool offers a lifeguard service from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., to ensure the safety of guests throughout the day. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge, subject to availability, to offer moments of relaxation by the pool.

Paying services: room service, laundry, transfers and taxis, bicycle and car rental. For those wishing to do outdoor activities or take courses, the hotel offers a diving centre with special rates, diving, surfing and sailing lessons, dinghy excursions, scuba diving or horse riding.

For children: baby kitchen/baby feeding station with availability of quality basic products and baby-sitting service (upon reservation, extra charge)

During your stay at Cala Sinzias Resort, you will be able to engage in a variety of activities: yoga, diving, trekking, sailing, mountain biking, guided nature tours.
For the less energetic, wellness can be achieved by enjoying the Beauty Centre, an oasis of relaxation dedicated to mind and body care, with two massage cabins and a beauty centre, for a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.

Animals are not allowed. 

Tourist tax is payable locally: € 3.50 per night per person per day (subject to new provisions by the Municipal Administration)
