Location
Characterized by a panoramic views of the islands of Salina, Panarea and Stromboli, Cutimare Hotel offers an ideal location for a sea holiday, but away from the island's most popular tourist destinations. It is located in the center of Acquacalda, a pretty village in the north of Lipari, just a few steps from a Blue Flag beach. Acquacalda hosts just three restaurants and two equipped beaches, but the area is well served by buses to Canneto (10 minutes) and to Lipari (15 minutes). From Canneto you can also take a boat for daily tours of the archipelago.

How to reach the hotel: Fontanarossa Catania, Palermo Punta Raisi, Trapani and Reggio Calabria are the nearest airports to the Aeolian Islands. The Aeolian islands are connected to the mainland through the ports of Milazzo, Messina, Palermo and Naples.

By Sea: The Aeolian Islands can be easily reached by hydrofoil or ferry from the port of Milazzo, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Palermo and Naples (www.siremar.it or www.libertylines.it). Milazzo is the nearest port and offers a departure every hour. Cars and motorbikes can be embark only from the port of Milazzo and Naples. The last departure time to Milazzo is at 21:00 by NGI. Naples is the closest port for those who come from North and Central Italy. From Naples during summer are 2 ferries per week and 1 hydrofoils daily.

Hotel
Cutimare is a 4-star design hotel perfectly inserted in the beautiful natural context of Lipari Island. It is a simple and elegant accommodation which features a white façade typical of Aeolian Islands, white colour and blue tones, Moorish influences in furniture and details.

Cutimare Hotel hosts 30 rooms, a welcoming breakfast room and a bar, several pergola terraces and common areas.

USEFUL INFORMATION 
During the months of July and August cars cannot move freely through the island without special authorization issued from the hotel. Customers who wish to use the car must indicate this at the time of booking in order to ask for permits.

Beach
The closest pebble beach is located 10 meters away from the Hotel Cutimare where, on request and upon availability, umbrellas and sun beds are available. The hotel also offers its guests a special agreement with the lido "Asino Beach" at the Vulcano Island.

Restaurant
The B&B service includes a buffet breakfast while the half-board stays provides dinner at the restaurant "Chimera" located in Lipari (sandwiches and salads on request). The Hotel Cutimare offers also to its guest special treatments at 3 restaurants located within walking distance.
