Location
Set in the stylish, romantic atmosphere of the Amalfi Coast, Hotel Margherita is framed by the verdant hills and the blue sea of Praiano. The Hotel is only 700 m from the beach and its terraces overlooking the sea offer a truly breath-taking panoramic view reaching from Capri to Positano and Amalfi. Praiano also offers many alternatives to the always popular days on the beach, including guided tours of the historic centre and walks along the typical Mediterranean paths among citrus orchards and olive groves.

Hotel
Hotel Margherita is a delightful, charming 3-star hotel. It has 30 rooms, a restaurant, a breakfast room, comfortable lounges and a terrace with a panoramic swimming pool and solarium. Every room and space is furnished with taste and attention to detail and harks back to tradition with the beautiful coloured maiolica tiles.

Rooms
The rooms are of three types: Classic, Superior and Deluxe. They are in Mediterranean style with hand-decorated furniture and ceramic tiles from Vietri sul Mare. All rooms of the Hotel have a terrace or a balcony, en-suite bathroom, hair-dryer and complimentary toiletries; satellite TV with SKY channels, radio, minibar, complimentary tea/coffee-making facilities and air conditioning.

Classic - double room, shower, and view over the lemon grove.
Superior (25 m2) - double or triple room, shower, sea view.
Deluxe (40 m2) - king-size double bed, bathtub (hydromassage on request) and shower, sea view.

Beach
Only 700 m from the hotel stretches the pebble beach of Marina di Praia, from where you can take boat trips to the sea caves of Suppraiano and Africana and where you can rent sun loungers and beach umbrellas (10 euro per day). Don't miss in the surroundings the wonderful beach of Gavitella.

Restaurant
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and comprises a rich buffet:  croissants and pastries, bread and jam, yogurt and cereals, fresh fruit and of course the ever present espresso coffee and cappuccino. For lunch and dinner guests are welcome at the M'ama! Restaurant where they can savour the best of the typical cuisine of Campania and chose among 100 labels of Italian and Campania wines. For your meals you can choose from either a set 4-course menu, or à la carte. The bar (12:00 - 24:00) is on hand for coffee, drinks or soft drinks before or after dinner.

Services & activities
Guests have free use of the internet point, international newspapers, an outdoor fitness area and off-street covered parking. At reception, our warm and professional staff will help you arrange guided tours and excursions along the Amalfi Coast. On request massages in the room, laundry and ironing service, rental of two-seat electric car (twizy) at 70 €/day.

Tourist tax: The Municipality of Praiano charges a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per day payable at the hotel.
