Il Giardino degli Oleandri

Located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, 3 km from Porto Cervo, the Giardino degli Oleandri is a Residence situated on a hillside, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

There are many towns within easy reach that are worth visiting (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci...) as well as beaches, including Liscia di Vacca (500 metres away), Spiaggia Pitrizza (750 metres away), Spiaggia del Grande e Piccolo Pevero, Spiaggia del Principe.

The Residence Il Giardino degli Oleandri consists of 21 flats, furnished in the typical Costa Smeralda style. They can be on the ground floor with veranda and shared garden, or on the first floor with veranda overlooking the sea or garden. They can be either two or three-roomed. They are equipped with various services, including air conditioning (2 splits in the two-room apartments and 3 splits in the three-room apartments), bed linen, 1 beach umbrella per flat, and Wi-Fi.

There is a laundry area with washing machines, iron and ironing board, an unattended private car park and a swimming pool (open until 15/10/2023). Free Wi-Fi connection.

Check-in: 17:00-20:00 - Check-out 09:00-10:00.

The reception is open daily from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance in order to allow the hotel to deliver the Key Box code for key collection. If the arrival after the scheduled time is not communicated, the reception is not guaranteed and the structure reserves the right to request an extra charge of euro 50,00.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE: 

- Forfait Services: from 15/06 to 13/09 euro 10,00 per day for adults, euro 5,00 for children 3-11 years, free for children 0-2 years. Prices include electricity, water, bed linen and bath towels, 1 supply of kitchen linen. Cleaning of the flat every 7 days (except kitchenette, or with an extra charge of euro 30,00) with change of bed linen and towels. Forfait (Bilo 4 Premium): per day per person from 15.06 to 13.09 euro 10,00 for adults; euro 5,00 for children 3/11.99, free of charge children 0/2.99. Prices include energy consumption (electricity and water), first supply of bed linen and towels, 1 supply of kitchen linen, 1 beach/pool towel, 1 tidy-up, with change of bed linen and towels, for stays of at least 7 nights and multiples (kitchenette excluded).
- Final cleaning: Two-roomed apartment euro 80,00, Three-roomed apartment euro 95,00. Kitchenette and waste disposal (separate collection of rubbish) to be carried out by the client, otherwise supplement of euro 50,00.
- Deposit: euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the flat. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer, charges to be paid by the customer.
- Tourist tax: compulsory for the town of Arzachena, the amount varies depending on the period. To be paid locally.
