Location

The hotel is located in the charming village of Porto Ottiolu. A 10- or 15-minute walk takes you to the marina, which in the evening is a lively meeting point for tourists in the area. The same distance separates the hotel from the beach of Porto Ottiolu. The resort of San Teodoro and its renowned beaches are between 10 and 15 minutes away by car. Cala Gonone and Orosei are about an hour away. Porto Ottiolu is also an excellent strategic point for exploring the beauty of the surrounding region, such as the Tavolara marine protected area or the forests and beautiful villages of Barbagia.

Hotel

The recently built hotel consists of a main building and several bungalows, where the rooms are located, many with a splendid panoramic view. From some of them you can glimpse the sea, about one kilometre away. The small size of the building and the friendly and attentive service create a pleasant atmosphere of familiarity and relaxation.

Next to the main building is a beautiful panoramic swimming pool, with sun beds and parasols for all guests. 

Rooms

The resort's 48 rooms are located in blocks scattered around the garden. Many of them enjoy a splendid panoramic view and all have a private entrance and balcony or patio.

All are furnished in an understated modern style, airy and equipped with every comfort. The soft colours contribute to making the rooms airy and bright, not large in size, but undoubtedly comfortable and functional. All are equipped with a minibar, TV, telephone, safe and air conditioning. The bathrooms have showers. Rooms for the disabled are available.

Beach
Porto Ottiolu's main beach, characterised by a sandy shore of fine, light-coloured sand with shimmering reflections, is about 900 metres from the hotel and can be easily reached on foot or by shuttle bus.
The public beach of Porto Ottiolu is about 800 metres from the hotel, while the private beaches of Porto Ottiolu "Hotel Baia del Porto" and "Concessione Martini" are about 1 km away and the private beach "Sporting Hotel-Cala Cuppetti" is about 2 km away.
Beach service is included in the price at different beaches depending on the period of stay.
The free shuttle service to Porto Ottiolu and Cala Cuppetti is available throughout the season at set times.

Restaurant
The restaurant is located in the main building of the hotel and has a cosy ambience.
The 50 tables, which are sufficient to seat all guests in both good and bad weather, are arranged in the restaurant's inner room, bar area and outdoor veranda.
The All Inclusive formula includes a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with drinks during the day from 10:00 to 23:00 at the pool/reception bar.

Available to all guests, the hotel offers a 24-hour reception service, a swimming pool with solarium, unattended parking and wi-fi at reception.

An excursion centre and car rental are also available for guests.
