Location  
The Residence Baia Salinedda is located at Capo Coda Cavallo, only 350 m from the beach of the same name, behind which there is a small lagoon, once used for the production of salt, hence the name of the beach, now the habitat of numerous species of resident and migratory animals such as black-winged stilts.
Baia Salinedda is immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, in an uncontaminated and wildly beautiful natural environment, a real oasis of tranquillity just a few kilometres from the worldliness of the Costa Smeralda.
Its location and management make the Baia Salinedda residence an ideal place both for those who want to enjoy the proximity to the most sought after and exclusive area of Sardinia, but also for those who want relaxation and privacy, away from the noise, the noisy animation and for those who are looking for a management aimed at preserving an environment of warm familiarity.

Appartments
The Residence Baia Salinedda consists of 56 units, all located on the ground floor and equipped with an independent entrance with garden. The flats are divided into Standard typologies, located about 400 m from the sea, in a quiet position without sea view (or with partial view), Sea View, about 350 m from the sea, with a beautiful view on the Baia Salinedda or on the Baia San Teodoro and the flats Prima Fila, the closest to the sea, located about 300 m from the sea, with a view on the sea and on the Baia Salinedda.
The flats all have air conditioning, TV and safe and are divided into two different types:

Two-room apartment 2
The two-roomed apartment, for two people, consists of a double bedroom equipped with safe and a living room furnished with sofas, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a spacious veranda and garden with sunbeds, umbrella and barbeque.

Two-roomed apartment 4
The two-roomed flat 4 can accommodate up to four people and consists of a double bedroom with safe and a living room with two spacious sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a spacious veranda and garden with sun beds, umbrella and barbeque.

Three-roomed apartment 6
The Three-room apartment for six people consists of a double bedroom (with safe), and a smaller room with bunk beds plus a living room with two large sofa beds, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, veranda and garden with sunbeds, umbrella and barbeque.

Services

The Residence has a reception, a bar-restaurant, a swimming pool open from 01.04 to 31.10, heated in low season for adults (10m x 4m) and children and a Jacuzzi (8m x 2m). At the reception and the bar-restaurant there is a free Wi-fi zone.

Beach

The residence has a private beach, equipped with sunbeds and umbrella, available with payment on site.

Catering

The residence's bar and restaurant is available to guests and offers an à la carte service. Open from 15 June to 10 October, the service is available with direct payment on site.
