Structure

The Sea Villas is a newly built residential complex, located on a hill overlooking the sea, about 8 km from Stintino, therefore the use of a car is recommended. At about 3 Km away there is the beautiful beach of Le Saline and near the town centre there is the beach of La Pelosa known all over the world for the colours of its crystal clear waters. In Stintino there are supermarkets, night clubs, shops and boutiques.

Villas

The villas and flats are divided between semi-detached and multi-family terraced houses, all furnished with care in typical Sardinian style. They have parking, furnished garden or balcony, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, air conditioning shared barbeque with other flats, private or shared swimming pool.

Accommodation of about 60 sqm, with kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. Possibility of 5th additional bed.

Villa 4 beds IN

Accommodation of about 60 sqm, composed of kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, shared swimming pool. (Possibility of extra bed).

Villa 6 IN

Villa of about 80/90 kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, shared swimming pool. (Possibility of extra bed).

Villa 6 ES

Villa of 80/90 sqm with kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (sometimes with mezzanine floor), bathroom, private swimming pool. (Possibility of extra bed).

Villa 8 ES

Accommodation of about 100/120 sqm with kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, loft with two single beds that can be adjoined, bathroom, private swimming pool. (Possibility of extra bed).

Services

Inside the residential complex there is the reception office open from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 16:30 to 20.00, in the area in front of the reception there is a free wi-fi service with limited consumption, with supplement over the allowed limit.

Other services

Sailing school, diving, wind surfing, canoeing, fishing, excursions. On the beach, possibility to rent deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. In addition, in the village there are shops, laundromat, ATM, market, pharmacy, doctor, bar and restaurant (the opening of services is at the discretion of private managers).

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE
- Forfait Services: euro 10 per day for adults, euro 5 for children 3-11 years, free for children 0-2 years. Forfait included until 14 June and from 14 September. Prices include electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linen and towels per week (linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights)
- Final cleaning: Villa 4/4IN euro 80, Villa 6IN/6ES euro 90 and Villa 8ES euro 100. Kitchenette to be provided by the client, otherwise extra charge of euro 50
- Deposit: 200 euro refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the flat. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer, charges to be paid by the client.
- Tourist tax: to be paid on site in cash, the amount varies depending on the period.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE (to be reported at the time of booking)
- Tidying up: Villa4 and Villa4 IN euro 40 per day, Villa6IN/Villa 6ES euro 50 and Villa8 euro 60 per day.
- Linen: bathroom euro 10 per person per change, bed linen extra euro 20, single euro 10.  
- Family Kit: euro 8 per day (cot, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, pram, high chair).
- High chair/stroller: euro 2 per day per piece.
- American Coffee Machine/Kettle: euro 2 per day per piece.
- Cot: 0-2.99 years old, euro 35 per week. Free of charge if brought by the customer.
- Extra bed: euro 15 per day
- Beach towels: euro 5 per change.
- Pets: small pets allowed, excluding beach and common rooms, euro 30 for additional cleaning.

NB: The price includes 1 beach umbrella, Wi-Fi in common area.

NOTES
Saturday/Sunday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday minimum stay 5 nights. From 11/05 to 12/07 and from 14/09 to 18/10 free stays, minimum 3 nights.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure, otherwise the reception is not guaranteed. For arrivals after office hours without notice, a supplement of euro 50.00 will be required. 

DISCLAIMER: the guests of the villas with swimming pool use, will sign a release on arrival, as these are private swimming pools with a maximum height of 1.40 meters, which does not require the presence of the swimmers' assistant.
