Location
The hotel is situated just outside the exit for Versilia of Autostrada A12. The beach and the centre of Forte dei Marmi (at a distance respectively of 2 and 3 km) can be reached in a few minutes’ drive or a short bicycle ride, using the hotel’s rental bicycles. Starting from the UNAWAY Hotel Forte Dei Marmi you can easily access various localities such as Pietrasanta (5 km), Viareggio (24 km), Pisa (37 km) and Lucca (36 km).

Hotel
The UNAWAY Hotel Forte Dei Marmi is built on three floors and is surrounded by an extensive garden. Guests can enjoy a half-Olympic pool with solarium, two tennis courts, two bars and two restaurants. For guests deciding to reach the beach or town centre by bike, the hotel offers a rental service; there is also a large free parking area, with capacity for 100 vehicles. Small guests will find a playground area in the garden. 

Rooms
The hotel has 76 rooms, set on three floors, almost all with balcony with chairs. All have free Wi-Fi, 22” LCD TV, AC, minibar, small safe and fitted carpet. Ensuite with shower (in some cases shower plus tub). Some rooms also offer a bathroom for guests with disabilities. Finally all guests are offered the ‘pillowow’ service, that is a choice between 4 different types of pillow (Kapok, neck support, Neckroll and down).

Restaurant
There are two restaurants available to hotel guests - La Vela and the Pool Restaurant. The first is situated on the ground floor, while the second is set up in the garden, covered by a tensile structure and operates from June to September. Both serve traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes and have a rich wine list; they are open for lunch and dinner with an à-la-carte menu. 

Services and activities

Your stay can be booked with the B&B formula. Lunch and dinner are available with an à-la-carte menu. Services included in the price are as follows: use of external pool with solarium (from May to September), car park, Wi-Fi connection throughout, choice of pillow. It is also possible to use the two tennis hard courts and special rates are available for the beach concessions. Bike rental is available, and six Tesla recharge points for electric cars. 

Pets are admitted with a surcharge for cleaning services. 

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00; late check-out is subject to availability with extra payment from 13:00.
