Completely renovated in a modern style, Villa Brezza Marina is a villa with a saltwater swimming pool just 500 metres from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
The position of Brezza Marina gives easy access by car to several localities in the area: Lido Otello at 1.4 km, Punta Cirica at 8.7 km, Pozzallo at 6.9 km and Ispica at 9.4 km. The nearest airports are Comiso airport at 65 km and Catania airport at 111 km.
Villa Brezza Marina is on two floors: on the ground floor, there is a large living room with kitchen and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom; on the first floor, two more bedrooms (one double and one with single beds and a terrace overlooking the pool) and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor space is organised for comfort and relaxation: a wood barbecue, a dining area with pool view, a bathroom and a saltwater pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers.
To reach the villa, it's accessed by an electronic gate and a driveway shared with another villa.
