Santa Margherita di Pula is located on a long stretch of coastline in southern Sardinia bathed by crystal-clear waters behind which rise hills and mountains covered in vegetation. Santa Margherita is therefore the ideal place to switch off and enjoy a holiday away from the noise of the city.
The nearest beach is that of Is Morus, about 600 metres away, characterised by white sand tending to grey and splendid waters that bathe the shore in alternating shades of turquoise and emerald green, becoming darker as the seabed becomes deeper and deeper offshore.

A unique villa, nestled amidst the quiet pine forest and the crystal clear sea of southern Sardinia and finely furnished in modern Sardinian style, offering a cosy and charming ambience.
Arranged on two levels, Villa Girasole houses on the ground floor a furnished dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and three bedrooms, a double deluxe with patio, a quadruple executive suite with jacuzzi and garden view patio and a quadruple superior with patio, each with private bathroom.
On the upper floor are the two quadruple bedrooms, one of which has a patio, both with en-suite bathrooms.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets.
The well-kept garden has a beautiful swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and a porch with dining table and lounge.
Total surface area of the villa: approximately 250 m2.

- At the nearby Eliantos Hotel, guests can, upon request, enjoy additional services such as a Spa, breakfast, and restaurant (à la carte menu)

There is a refundable security deposit of € 400,00 to be paid in cash or by pre-authorisation on a credit card at the time of check- in, which will be returned on departure subject to any damage to the property.

The municipality of Pula requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site, for all stays from 01 June to 30 September, amounting to € 1/person/night (excluding children under 10 years old).

Small pets welcome on request, with a supplement of € 10,00 per day.

Check-in from 16.00 to 21.00 - Check-out from 08.00 to 10.00.
