Villa Muriel is an exclusive residence with direct access to the beach, separated by a well-kept garden with lawn. It overlooks the Lido di Spinasanta, a long, quiet beach with fine sand. The Villa consists of three comfortable independent apartments that can be adapted to the different needs of its guests, all with exclusive outdoor spaces and access to the garden. All apartments have a sea view. 

In a few minutes, just 3 km away, you can reach the characteristic fishing village of Donnalucata, the set of the TV series Commissario Montalbano, with its restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other services such as ATMs. Nearby are the most beautiful villages in southern Sicily: Ragusa Ibla is 34 km away, Noto and Marzamemi are about 50 km away and Syracuse is 85 km away. 

Catania Fontanarossa airport is 139 km away.

Sirena Apartment

The Sirena apartment is a large space that occupies the ground floor of the villa. A modern and comfortable environment, tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a living area with kitchen and veranda, three double bedrooms with a shared garden and two bathrooms with shower. It also has a covered equipped terrace of 80 sq.m. and a shared garden with the Morgana apartment.

Equipment: air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, electric oven, freezer, fridge, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite decoder, high chair, toaster, flat screen TV, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, outdoor lounge, outdoor chairs, outdoor table.

Morgana Apartment

The Morgana apartment is a large space located on the ground floor of the villa. With attention to detail, it has a modern and functional style and is composed of the living area with kitchen and veranda, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. It has a covered terrace of 80 sq.m. and the garden, shared with the Sirena apartment.

Marina Apartment

The Marina apartment is a delightful apartment with an exclusive panoramic terrace of 30 sq.m. complete with outdoor furniture that enjoys a spectacular sea view. Tastefully and functionally furnished, it consists of the living area, accessed by an external staircase, a double and a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle. 

Equipment: air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, electric oven, freezer, fridge, gas cooker, washing machine, toaster, flat screen TV, fans, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, outdoor chairs, outdoor table. 

Electricity: included up to 140 kWh/week.
Security deposit: € 200,00 to be paid on arrival in cash.

- Check-in: 16:00/21:00
- Check-out: 08:00/10:00
- Late check-in (21:00/24:00) and early departure: upon request at € 30 (to be paid on the spot on arrival)
- Tourist tax: to be paid by the customer, if provided for by the municipality
