Surrounded by 4 hectares of centuries-old olive trees, in the countryside of the Itria Valley, Villa Orama Relais is an elegant and bright villa. Modern in style, with a swimming pool and stunning sea views, the villa is only 6 km from the first beaches and 3 km from the centre of Ostuni.

Villa Orama Relais can host up to 11 people, who are accommodated in 6 bedrooms.

The main body of the villa opens with a living room, featuring an elegant kitchen island and a large dining table; the room is made precious by splendid glass windows, with French doors leading to the veranda, the outdoor sitting room and the panoramic terrace, from which you can admire the view of the "White City", Ostuni.

Kitchen equipment: gas hob, sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery.

Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower floor (basement, accessible also from the outside) there is the tavernetta, an entertainment area with sitting room and dining room; here there is also the fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and the technical room.

The other two bedrooms (one double and one single) are in the Dependance, located near the main entrance.

Outside, there is a wonderful 40 sqm swimming pool (heatable at an extra cost) surrounded by greenery and a barbecue.

Villa Orama Relais is equipped with photovoltaic panels, solar panels and a charging station for electric cars/motorcycles (extra cost). The property is fenced. Pets are allowed on request. A private parking area with 3 covered parking spaces (pergola) is available.

Please Note: there are several stairs within the property. The outside area is under video surveillance for security reasons.
