At 75 km. from Cagliari and 20 km. from Villasimius on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia in the Piscina Rei area, is located the recently built residential complex REI SOLE, in an exclusive area. It differs from the others thanks to its wonderful architectural forms in Mediterranean style. Overlooking the splendid and wild white sandy beach 8 km long of Piscina Rei, 350/400 metres away, the complex is perfect for sea lovers and for those who appreciate the still uncontaminated nature.

Part of the wonderful natural scenery are the island of Serpentara, the island of Cavoli, the regional park of Sette Fratelli, the nature reserves of Colostrai and Torre Salinas. The megalithic complexes of Piscina Rei, Quili Piras and their Menhirs, are just some examples of the archaeological beauties of Costa Rei and its surroundings.

Villas
All units have an independent entrance, private and numbered parking space, large garden, circular patio equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors.

The original villas in the architectural style host an elegant and comfortable furniture and are equipped with air conditioning (in all rooms except the bathrooms) washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV (all services included in the price).

Villa 4+2
The 4+2 villas are composed of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two mostly flat beds (rarely a bunk bed with the possibility of a third bed in the small bedroom) living room with sofas and TV corner, kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for a wonderful stay, two bathrooms, large loggia equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, garden with shower, parking space and washing machine. They can accommodate four people, and on request there is the possibility to add two more beds, with extra charge. The apartments have a surface of about 80 sqm.

Villa 6+2
The Villas, which can accommodate 6 people, or on request and for an extra charge, up to 8 people, have a size of about 120 square meters. They are composed of two double bedrooms, a small bedroom with two mostly flat beds (rarely a bunk bed with the possibility of a third bed in the small bedroom), living room with sofas and kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for a wonderful stay, two bathrooms, large loggia equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, garden with shower, parking space and washing machine.

Services
On request and according to guests' needs: maid, housekeeper, cook and baby sitter on payment of 20,00 per hour to be reported at the time of booking. At the reception office individual excursions by land and sea, organized to measure and according to the needs of each family, as well as typical dinners with meat or fish at typical restaurants in the area or comfortably in the Villa (subject to availability).

On the beach (350/400 m.) possibility to rent beach umbrellas and deckchairs. the first services Mini Market bar restaurant 400 m. away. , Medical Guard 350 m. Centro di Costa Rei 2.500 m. , where it is possible to find shopping centres with shops of various kinds, for leisure and supply, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, piano bar, travel office, tourist office, car, scooter and bicycle hire, nautical and pleasure boat services, diving centre, pharmacy, carabinieri station, disco etc...

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE
- Weekly forfeit: euro 50 per person per week. Includes electricity, water, gas, and bed linen (weekly change),(infant 0-1 years free)
- Final cleaning: euro 100 for Villa 4+2; euro 120 for Villa 6+2, excluding kitchenette to be paid by the customer.
- Deposit: euro 200/cheque, credit card per flat refundable at the end of the stay.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID IN RENT (to be reported at the time of booking)
- Bathroom linen: Euro 10 per person per week
- Cradle: euro 50 per week to be reported at the time of booking, free if brought by the customer.
- Extra bed: euro 75 per week (on request)
