The Wellness & Spa Hotel | Principe di Fitalia offers guests large apartments with modern design and the impeccable services of a 5-star luxury hotel: restaurant, spa, gym, beauty farm, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool, a private beach with solarium by the sea, restaurant, lounge bar, events and entertainment for adult and children. 

Rooms
All 29 accommodations of the Hotel are spacious and well appointed, marked by their stylish contemporary ambience. Set on the first floor, accessible by elevator, with balcony or terrace facing the garden or the pool. Some have a whirlpool in the bathroom and the Suite Whirlpool has a large terrace with an outdoor whirlpool. 

The 11 nice rooms located in the annexe building Standard King are on the ground floor, a quite area surrounded by garden. 

All have air conditioning, minibar, safety-box, kettle for coffee and tea, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi connection, bath with shower or tub, courtesy set, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers. 

Beach
Sea lovers will be able to explore the wonders of the Marine Protected Area of Plemmirio and relax on the equipped beach of Arenella, which guests can reach from the hotel on a shuttle-bus. 

Wellness Centre
The Hotel’s pride and joy is the brand new beauty & wellness centre, which with its 2000 m2 is the largest of its kind in Sicily. Guests can enjoy a regenerating and invigorating pathway consisting of two saunas, a Turkish bath, hydro-massage, kneipp route, wasser route and relaxation area. The Private spa is a reserved relaxation area dedicated to couples. Not to be missed is the flotation tank, also known as sensory attenuation tank. The centre also has a modern gym with Technogym equipment and heated pool. 
The beauty farm offers beauty treatments, Ayurveda massages, hot stone and a wide range of energizing, tension-relieving and lymph-draining treatments. 

Restaurant
The Ippocampo restaurant welcomes guests in its stylish dining room and on a fine covered terrace. The best local specialties and traditional dishes are all featured in the restaurant’s surprising menu, which highlights traditional tastes and flavours, but also has room for creativity. 

Services & Activities

The price of your stay includes: Wi-Fi connection, vehicle parking, use of the three pools (Olympic, lake-style and indoor heated ), the fitness room, beach and pool towels, indoor and outdoor playground areas, use of mountain bikes, shuttle bus to the sea, to Ortigia and the archaeological area.

Payment of a supplement is required for: wellness centre, beauty treatments, yoga courses, pre- and post-natal exercises, physiotherapy, beach services, diving, horse-riding, tennis, vehicle and boat rental, transfer from/to the airport, tours and guided visits, use of conference hall, baby sitting. 

Tourist tax – The municipality of Syracuse charges a tourist tax of € 1,25 per person per overnight for the first 4 overnights, valid in November, January and February. € 2,50 per person per overnight for the first 4 overnights, valid for rest of the year.
