The Modica Country Villa with swimming pool is located in the countryside of Modica and can accommodate up to 8 people. Its location in a quiet area makes it the perfect solution for families and small groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Sicily away from the city.
The 150 m² property is on two levels, has a beautiful veranda and is surrounded by a 1000 m² garden. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), and two bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two single bedrooms, which can be converted into double rooms on request, and another bathroom.
Outside, in the garden, there is a 12x10 metre swimming pool with a children's area and a deeper area with a diving board for adults. Around the pool there are sunbeds, a gazebo, outdoor showers and a barbecue.
The nearest town with supermarkets and shops is 2 km away, the centre of Modica is 6 km away and the nearest beaches are Sampieri and Cava d'Aliga 18 km away and Marina di Modica 22 km away. To reach Modica by plane, the nearest airports are Comiso airport at 60 km and Catania airport at 120 km.
