Elegant apartment located in Villasimius, Pavoncelle apartment has a strategic location, about 1 km from the sea and a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of the coast.

Pavoncelle apartment is located on the third floor of a small condominium with lift, and is on two levels. The lower floor houses a living area with double sofa bed, a dining area with equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a small closet. The living area overlooks the beautiful furnished patio and the little garden.

The upper floor hosts the sleeping area, composed of two double bedrooms overlooking a furnished terrace, and a bathroom with shower.

All rooms are air conditioned/heated. Private parking space.

Rates include:

- Use of the kitchen (which must be returned clean - the necessary utensils are already available in the accommodation for small daily cleaning)
If the kitchen/kitchenette and/or dishes are not cleaned, € 40.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

Service Fees (compulsory supplement) - € 200,00
- Linen hire for rooms and bathrooms
- Beach towels for the beach (beach service not included)
- Final cleaning (obligatory) of the house

Extra cleaning (optional, upon customer request) - € 100,00
No tidying up is included in the cost of your stay and waste disposal has to be managed by the guests.
In the event of failure to dispose of waste, € 100.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

There is a refundable security deposit of € 500.00 to be paid by credit card upon check in, which will be returned on departure subject to any damage to the property.

Tourist tax, which is excluded from the total amount of the stay, is applied under the terms of municipal regulations where applicable. The Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site, from 1 March to 31 October, amounting to € 1.00 (One/00) per person per night, for all overnight stays (excluding children under 10 years of age) and must be paid in cash during check-in.

Small pets allowed, upon prior request and with a supplement.

Recommended beaches: Porto Sa Ruxi, Punta Molentis, Giunco, Campulongu, Cala Pira.

All the beaches offer the service of renting umbrellas, sunbeds and various refreshment points.

Check-in from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. - Check-out before 10.00 a.m. 

Please note: Check-in directly in Villa to be agreed at least 72 hours prior arrival. 

On arrival will be signed the rental contract for short tourist stays.
