Villa Luna

On the south-east coast of Sardinia, a series of beautiful beaches and small cliffs follow one another: Villasimius is considered the pearl of this coast, with its white sand beaches and crystal-clear sea. The small town comes to life in the summer season with boutiques, restaurants, entertainment and night life, becoming the main resort in the area.

Just 2 km from the town centre, Villa Luna is an independent villa of 55 m2 in the village of "Porto Luna", set on a green hill slope and surrounded by a well-kept garden. Its internal layout makes it suitable for couples/groups of friends and for families with children.

The villa is on three levels: the ground floor opens with a hall/living room with double sofa bed and equipped kitchenette plus a dining area overlooking the porch (furnished, for relaxing moments). The basement has a bedroom with two beds (no air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower, while on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower.

The nearest beach is Porto Luna, which is about 300 m from the house (not equipped).  It is a small bay with medium-grain sand, reachable on foot along a short stretch of dirt road. Other beaches are less than 2 km away, including the stunning Punta Molentis.

Tourist tax, which is excluded from the total amount of the stay, is applied under the terms of municipal regulations where applicable. The Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site, from 1 March to 31 October, amounting to € 1.00 (One/00) per person per night, for all overnight stays (excluding children under 10 years of age) and must be paid in cash during check-in.

- Beach towels for the beach (beach service not included)
- Final cleaning (obligatory) of the house

Extra cleaning (optional, upon customer request) - € 100,00

Tidying up is not included in the cost of your stay. Waste disposal has to be managed by the guests.
In the event of failure to dispose of waste, € 100.00 shall be withheld from the deposit as a penalty.
In the event of failure to clean the kitchen/kitchenette and/or dishes, € 40.00 shall be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

There is a refundable security deposit of € 500.00 to be paid by credit card upon check in, which will be returned on departure subject to any damage to the property.

Small pets welcome (up to 10kg) on request, with payment of a supplement.

Check-in: 16:00 – 21:00. Check-out: 10:00.

Please note: Check-in directly in Villa to be agreed at least 48 hours prior arrival. 

At your arrival you will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement.
