Villa Corbezzolo - Borgo Smeraldo

Villa Corbezzolo is located within the prestigious Borgo Smeraldo Resort, on a promontory of the Costa Smeralda. It is the most central of the Borgo, surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean plants, with wide panoramic views of the sea and the hinterland.

The central body of the villa houses the living area, which opens out onto the garden with a covered terrace with wooden beams and exposed tiles, light terracotta flooring and furnished with a large dining table. A lawn garden surrounds the villa and the large heated swimming pool outlined by a border of local granite and light terracotta, with two large sunbathing areas furnished with elegant chaise longues. Guests can enjoy moments of relaxation, at sunset, enjoying an aperitif on the panoramic roof terrace with a 360 degree view of the surrounding landscape, from the beautiful sea to the wild Gallura countryside.

The living area consists of a large and bright room communicating with a spacious and comfortable furnished kitchen and a service bathroom. The floors are in light coloured terracotta and the roof is exposed with warm chestnut wood beams. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, both in the style of the furnishings and in the colour combinations. The space is stimulating, dominated by neutral tones with touches of red and orange, with modern design furniture with essential lines and others with a refined and unique style that, like objects of art, make the living room precious and unique. 

The sleeping area consists of three double suites, one internal and two external with independent entrances. The rooms are spacious and bright, dominated by the light colours of the curtains and bedspreads in linen and cotton. The warm terracotta floors and touches of colour in the furnishings and accessories make the atmosphere warm and relaxing. All suites have comfortable walk-in wardrobes, a large bathroom in Orosei marble with a hydro-massage bath, shower cubicle and an elegant vanity area.

Villa Corbezzolo is perfectly set in the breathtaking landscape of the Costa Smeralda, dominated by the view of the rocky coastline dotted with coves with fine sand and emerald sea. The nearby beach of Liscia Ruja is one of the most enchanting on the coast and not far away are Cala di Volpe with its natural harbour and beautiful beach, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, all destinations for exclusive and luxury tourism. Olbia airport is about 20 km away.
