Villa Romazzino - Borgo Smeraldo

Villa Romazzino is located inside the prestigious Hotel Borgo Smeraldo, on a promontory of the Emerald Coast. It is the largest of the Borgo's villas and overlooks the inland landscape on one side and the beautiful coastline with its dreamlike sea on the other.

The villa is built in the architectural style of the typical stazzi of Gallura, low houses with white walls and exposed stone, perfectly integrated in the natural landscape of granite rocks and Mediterranean scrub. The main building opens out towards the sea with a large terrace that welcomes guests with a lounge and dining area, covered with exposed wood and tiled floors. It overlooks the large heated swimming pool surrounded by the garden with lawn and a green curtain of junipers, arbutus and myrtle. The edge of the pool is in light-coloured terracotta, with a large solarium area in wooden planks, furnished with chaise longues and a small lounge where you can enjoy the view in absolute privacy. 

The living area occupies the main body of the villa with a large living room and a spacious kitchen furnished and equipped with all appliances. The chestnut-beamed and tiled ceiling characterises the large room with light terracotta floors and natural wood windows. The refined wood furnishings in the lounge and dining area, the turquoise and dove grey tones make the atmosphere elegant, warm and relaxing. On the lower floor of the villa there is an annexe for guests or domestic help.

The sleeping area consists of an interior bedroom and two suites with separate entrances. The cosy interior double bedroom with wooden furnishings and touches of turquoise, has a comfortable two-door wardrobe and adjoining bathroom in Orosei marble with a large walk-in shower. The two elegant double suites welcome guests in a bright atmosphere with touches of soft turquoise, wooden furniture and Orosei marble flooring. In the centre of the Master Suite is a king-size bed with upholstered fabric headboard in soft, elegant tones. All suites have a large double walk-in wardrobe, Orosei marble bathrooms, walk-in showers, large vanity areas and a Jacuzzi.

Villa Romazzino is perfectly set in the breathtaking landscape of the Costa Smeralda, dominated by the view of the rocky coastline dotted with coves with fine sand and emerald sea. The nearby beach of Liscia Ruja is one of the most enchanting on the coast and not far away are Cala di Volpe with its natural harbour and beautiful beach, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, all destinations for exclusive and luxury tourism. Olbia airport is about 20 km away.
