A spacious, elegant property in the Carovigno area, not far from the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve: Villa Mira 57 has a refined, contemporary/industrial design; ideal if you are looking for the peace and quiet of the countryside, but within easy reach of the sea.

Villa Mira 57 consists of two flat-roofed buildings which create an “L” shape, joined by a covered patio featuring a relaxation area. The entrance opens out onto a light-filled living room with open kitchen, a spacious area where the kitchen is separated from the seating area with sofas and comfy chairs by a bamboo partition.

A large French window leads out onto the patio with a dining table that can seat up to 10 people.

A corridor leads to the bedroom area where there are three double rooms with en suite bathroom; two of the rooms are communicating, so perfect for a family with children.

Two luxury private suites are located in the second building, which can be accessed directly from the courtyard, with open space bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. All the rooms in the villa have air conditioning and heating systems (additional payment).

The villa is fenced and has an outer paved courtyard, an outer patio with barbecue, an area with a manicured lawn and spectacular olive trees. There is a swimming pool and whirlpool with heated jets (additional payment) located behind the villa with a view of the sea in the distance.

The external areas of the property are monitored by video surveillance to ensure guests’ safety and are protected by an alarm system. Fishing and hunting are not allowed.
