Villa Niraclo

Luxury villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi, located just 2 km from the beach and 13 km from Carovigno. The living area of Villa Niraclò consists of a dining room, a living room with sofas and TV and a bathroom.

The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms: the one closest to the living room is the Master Suite Clò, located on the left, which in turn is connected to the Jacuzzi tub, overlooking the pool garden. The corridor on the right leads to the other three bedrooms: Suite Ni, Suite Ra and Suite Mi, each with private bathroom and double bed.

An annex houses two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a small kitchenette.

Outside Villa Niraclò there are three courtyards and the infinity pool (8x15 m; depth from 0.50 m to 1.50 m) with sunbeds. There are three verandas with two dining areas and a comfortable relaxation area.

The property is entirely fenced and equipped with a CCTV system.

It is advisable to equip yourself with mosquito repellent.
